Rick Kissire joined Rockcap as a member of the Brokerage Services team, where he focuses on tenant representation and advising companies on strategic real estate decisions. He takes a proactive, relationship-driven approach, focused on uncovering opportunities and creating value for his clients.

Prior to joining Rockcap, Rick built his foundation in public accounting and financial consulting, where he developed a strong skill set in analytics, client service, and deal execution while working on large public company engagements. That experience continues to inform his detail-oriented and strategic approach to real estate advisory.

Rick received both his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Southern Methodist University and is a licensed real estate professional in the State of Texas.

Originally from Washington, D.C., Rick has built a strong network in Dallas and is passionate about developing long-term relationships and creating value for the clients and communities he serves. Outside of the office, he enjoys golfing, duck hunting, and cheering on the SMU Mustangs.
