Lindsay Brunkenhoefer partners with Rockcap leadership as a strategic advisor, aligning people, processes, and performance to drive measurable impact. She is passionate about building healthy organizations, mentoring emerging leaders, and creating scalable systems that support sustainable growth.

Lindsay earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Real Estate from The University of Texas at Austin. She began her career as a commercial real estate broker and advanced to Chief Strategy Officer, streamlining operations and empowering brokers to serve clients well.

Outside of the office, Lindsay mentors a group of young adults through Shoreline City Church, continues her education through workshops hosted by SMU and McKinsey, connects with young professionals through Trailblazers, paints, and visits as many countries as possible!
