Nate joined Rockcap as an Associate focusing on industrial tenant and buyer representation across the DFW marketplace. Prior to Rockcap, he gained hands-on experience through multiple commercial real estate internships, sharpening his market knowledge and problem-solving skills across a wide range of projects and property types.

Nate earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Southern Methodist University. His collegiate journey started at the University of Oklahoma as a member of the football team before transferring to SMU to finish his playing career. From pee wee footbal to the D1 level, Nate understands the importance of being a team player and doing what it takes to protect your people. These days, instead of defending the quarterback, his mission is to protect Rockcap’s clients and their real estate interests. 

Outside of work, Nate is a Dallas resident where you’ll probably find him chasing any outdoor thrill, exploring new music, or mentoring younger peers; something he takes just as seriously as closing a deal. Forever proud of his SMU roots, he stays deeply involved with the Mustang alumni community and carries that same team-first mentality into everything he does.
