Josh Taylor joined Rockcap in 2025 as an Associate, bringing energy and a people-first mindset to the team. His role spans client outreach, market research, and providing key support to ensure that projects are streamlined and move forward.

Before stepping into the real estate world, Josh spent a year in financial planning, where he thrived in building trusted relationships and delivering thoughtful, client-focused solutions. Prior to his professional career, he earned a degree in Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas A&M University.

A proud lifelong resident of Dallas, Josh grew up in the Lake Highlands neighborhood and remains deeply connected to his community. He also spends time coaching for a youth baseball organization based in the Lake Highlands area. Off the clock, he enjoys golfing with friends and passionately rooting for Dallas sports teams—no matter the season.
